Hello... My name is Matt Wheeler.

I am an East Bay area native and lifetime pet enthusiast. I have had the pleasure of sharing my life with many different breeds of dogs and cats throughout my youth and adulthood. And now I have the privilege of hiking with some of my best friends every day.      

After working many years at the Pacific Stock Exchange I started Outbound Houndz in the spring of 2007. My goal was to provide a safe and superior experience for both the pet and client.

We are very selective of the trails we walk and believe that the safety and well being of your pet comes first and foremost.

We truly love what we do and we always give the best effort in providing a service that is a cut above the norm.

All walkers at Outbound Houndz are trained in dog pack management by the professionals at Dog Tech. and are certified in pet C.P.R..

Your dog will be treated like family and socialized in a positive rewarding environment.
