Service: 

Outbound Houndz agrees to perform the pet care services listed above. Client understands that they are buying a space for group dog walks and that the space is reserved for client’s dog. In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Client authorizes Outbound Houndz to use our best judgment in caring for your pets or home.
Office hours are 8:00 am- 6:00 pm
 
Health/Hygiene:
1. All pet(s) will have current vaccinations and a copy of the records must be provided.
2. Flea and tick control/ precautions for pet(s) are taken and maintained by client.


Emergency Care:
Client authorizes Outbound Houndz to obtain medical and/or emergency care for clients pet(s) as deemed necessary by Outbound Houndz and the veterinarian. Client authorizes pet(s) to be transported to client’s vet or to the nearest available vet or animal hospital. Client assumes full responsibility for any related charges. Accurate phone numbers to contact you as well as phone numbers of persons taking care of your pets when on vacation or otherwise away are required.

Outdoor cats/Unscheduled Return Visits:
If Client requests that cats be allowed outside during a visit and the cat does not return during the normal allotted time for the visit, pet care provider may have to return or remain at the house. Fees will apply.

Payment:
Client agrees to pay Outbound Houndz the rates indicated in this contract on a bi-weekly basis unless the client is periodic. The contract may be considered null and void and services may not be rendered if payment is not received within allotted time.
 Clients booking for the holidays agree to pay 50% of the full fee as a deposit at the time of booking. Dog walking clients will be billed the second and final Friday of each month.
Payments must be received within 14 days. Late payments for all services will be charged $20.00 or 10% which ever is greater.

Cancellations:
A 24 hour notice for cancellations of standard walks is required. A 14 day notice is required for all Holiday cancellations. A client can not exceed 4 cancellations in a Three month period or 14 days in a calendar year. Any cancellations exceeding these numbers the client assumes responsibilities for payment in full.

Liability:
1. Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Outbound Houndz and its agents except those arising from gross negligence on the part of Outbound Houndz. These include but are not limited to deaths or disappearance of pet(s).
2. It is expressly understood that Outbound Houndz shall not be held responsible for any damage to the client’s property, or that of others or their persons, caused by client’s pet(s) during the period of which they are in its care,   and client agrees to indemnify and hold Outbound Houndz harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and losses in connection therewith.
3. Client agrees to be financially responsible for damage or injury caused by their pet(s) to the property or person performing services for Outbound Houndz.
4. Client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage or injury to a third party [person/dog] while in the care of Outbound Houndz.
5. If pet(s) have a history of biting, Clients must be forthcoming with any and all information of bite history. Outbound Houndz reserves the right to refuse services to any clients or pet(s) with a bite history. Once a bite has occurred there is a bite history.
6. Client agrees to use arbitration in the event of any dispute. : Liability 1-6

Show\Service Dog Status:
Outbound Houndz or  other clients will not be held liable for any damages other than basic/standard medical care in the event of a “ Show Dog”or “Service Dog being “ Damaged” and deemed “ Non Showable” or unable for service use  . The liability of show status or service working dogs lies strictly and only with the dogs owner/s.
 
Additional Walkers:
Client understands that substitute walkers/employees may be used. The client will always meet and agree to any other walker prior to other walker taking dog for walk or otherwise performing any service to client.


Client Understanding:
Client understands that animals are unpredictable and may behave differently in a new setting and that their animal will be exposed to risks by being in a social setting and in the parks. Client accepts the risks and financial responsibility. Risks include but are not limited to escaping from yard, foxtails, cuts, sprains, snakebites, horse/cow incidents or any incidents involving any and all indigenous wildlife or otherwise, Communicable illness, poison oak etc. If a clients dog starts a fight or injures another animal/person whether malicious or not client agrees to pay for their own cost as well as the cost of the other animal/person. Client agrees to trust the information given to them by Outbound Houndz in such instances. Outbound Houndz will rinse mud and dirt off after walks. Client will provide a hose and towels. Client understands that if their dog has gotten into something foul or serious burrs they may need grooming services or a true bath and or brushing. Client also acknowledges that outdoor off leash walks are strenuous activities and dogs will be physically exerted and accepts all risks of injury associated.

The SAFE and COMPASSIONATE care of your pet is our highest priority. We believe that trust is the most essential ingredient to our ongoing relationship. We trust that you will be able to hear what we have to say.
 
Future Services:
1. Client authorizes this contract to be valid for repeat assignments. ________
